These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of prasargroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Prasar Group LLC ("Prasar Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Prasar Group

Prasar Group is a venture studio that builds and operates a portfolio of companies. Products and services offered by our portfolio companies are governed by those companies' own terms, policies, and agreements. These Terms apply only to this Site and your interactions with Prasar Group directly.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to scrape or harvest content without our written permission.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications from Prasar Group, you consent to receive text messages related to service updates, account alerts, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. These may be sent via automated technology.

5. Electronic Communications

You agree to receive emails, phone calls, SMS messages, and other communications from Prasar Group or its portfolio companies, for purposes such as responding to your inquiries, appointment notifications, or account support. By providing your contact information, you authorize these communications and understand they may be sent using automated means.

These communications may not be encrypted, and there is a risk they may be intercepted. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the "unsubscribe" instructions provided. Please allow up to thirty (30) business days to process your opt-out. Transactional messages related to your inquiries or services may still be sent even after opting out of promotional content.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to websites operated by our portfolio companies and other third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked website. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
